As with any medicine, side effects can occur. If you have experienced a problem with one of our medicines, we need to investigate. The information below sets out the steps to follow, so that we can help you and the right authorities are notified.

Tell your prescriber or your pharmacist first. You can also report it yourself to the Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring, which is independent of us and of your prescriber.

Suspected adverse reactions should be reported to the Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring in the usual way.

For a suspected quality defect, stop dispensing from that batch, retain the stock, and contact us before returning anything.
